Job Overview: We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00 am and concluding at 4:30 pm. A $500 signing bonus is available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping floors, both dry and wet.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, mirrors, sinks, and walls.
- Follow work orders assigned by supervisors, adapting to the diverse cleaning needs of each client.
Required Skills
- Must possess reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug test and submit to a criminal background check.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for prolonged periods.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
