As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fire/Smoke/Content Restoration Lead to join our team!
As a Restoration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing restoration projects related to fire and smoke damage. you will manage a team of Technicians, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently, safely and in line with industry standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of restoration techniques and a commitment to delivering EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of restoration technicians in fire, smoke and content restoration projects.
- Perform and supervise cleaning, deodorization and restoration fire/smoke-affected properties and contents.
- Conduct assessments of damage and create action plans for restoration work.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations on all job sites.
- Document job progress and maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Coordinate with home or business owner, Supervisors, Managers and other parties involved in the restoration process.
- Train and mentor new team members, fostering a customer-centric, positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification fire and smoke restoration is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in fire, smoke or content restoration, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of restoration equipment, techniques and industry best practices.
- Ability to assess and scope a restoration loss
- Experience with entering data using an iPad.
- Xactimate and Contents Track experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in challenging environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
