Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. They are all mostly close in working area, within 3-5 minutes of each other. This is a 1099 position and be able to write off gas and mileage amongst other things. You will be driving your own vehicle. All supplies are supplied by the customer. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various areas. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and advancement. . This an evening shift start after 5pm.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment
