Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows and glass surfaces are cleaned to the highest standards in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while working at various heights and in different environments.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions.
Utilize ladders safely to access high windows and hard-to-reach areas.
Inspect windows for damage or wear, reporting any issues to management promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is stored properly after use.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others while on the job site.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

Experienced commercial cleaners will be paid on a percentange and earn much more that the training rate of $15 per hour.
Previous experience in window cleaning is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with scissor lifts or similar equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Must be physically fit, able to lift equipment, and comfortable working at heights.
Must have a clean driving record for 5 years minimum and a FLDL.
