We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your commitment to quality and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our guests' overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and restocking supplies.
Public Areas: Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
Laundry Duties: Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
Inventory Management: Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and room amenities to the supervisor.
Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe work environment for guests and staff.
Reporting: Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and other concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
