- Monitor contractors/vendors service entry - Daily as needed
- Open unit doors for contractors/vendors - Daily as needed
- Blowing off the property - Daily as needed
- Garage floor scrubbing - Twice a month or as needed
- Outside light fixture cleaning - Twice a month or as needed
- Pool deck floor scrubber - Twice a month or as needed
- Spider web cleaning - Weekly
- Service Lobby cleaning - Monthly or as needed
- Painting - As needed
- Other tasks as assigned - As needed
- Security fill in - As needed
- Beach Chairs and Umbrellas - as requested
