Field Supervisor
Looking for a leadership role in janitorial services? Coastal Cleaning is looking for a Janitorial Supervisor to lead and oversee our dedicated team of cleaners.
As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning and maintenance tasks in our facilities and ensuring the highest quality of work. You will lead and motivate a team of cleaners, and perform both technical and manual work to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the cleaning department.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills • Ability to motivate and lead team members • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to work flexible hours and adjust to changing schedules • Previous experience in janitorial services or facilities management is preferred • Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge of cleaning and maintenance best practices
Responsibilities:
- Manage cleaning activities, ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard • Coordinate cleaning schedules with other departments, including maintenance and operations • Train and supervise cleaning staff • Plan and manage inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance tasks • Review and evaluate employee performance • Identify and rectify any inefficiencies in the cleaning department operations • Propose and implement new strategies for effective cleaning management
