Job Summary:
As a Cleaner at Refresh N Go, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch cleaning services to our clients’ homes and commercial spaces. This role involves using company-provided tools, supplies, and equipment to execute high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, all while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure client-specific preferences, special requests, and any safety considerations are addressed with care and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general, deep, and post-construction cleaning services according to Refresh N Go’s standards and client specifications.
- Use and maintain a range of cleaning tools and equipment, including protective gear and chemicals, as required for specific cleaning tasks.
- Follow all company SOPs and training guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Track and report any issues or special requests via our CRM system, noting items such as client preferences, limitations, hazards, and payment details.
- Manage job schedules efficiently and maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Assist in organizing and replenishing supplies in company vehicles as needed
Qualifications:
- License (Required)
- Ability to lift over 30lbs
- Language: Fluent English
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain a consistent, high level of cleanliness.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable handling cleaning equipment and supplies, including strong chemicals.
