*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all. *Duties* - Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Assist with floor care including buffing, waxing, and polishing - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them promptly - Support facilities maintenance by performing minor repairs when necessary - Assist with residential painting projects as needed - Handle waste management and recycling duties - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment *Experience* - Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning - Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures - Familiarity with floor care techniques - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and time management skills If you are a proactive individual with a passion for cleanliness and maintenance, we invite you to apply for the Porter position at our organization.
