We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an organized supply inventory
- Punctuality is key!
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must have your own vehicle and be willing to travel to jobsites in Pinellas and Hillsborough County
- Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment
- As an independent contractor, must possess or be willing to acquire General Liability Insurance
- Must be willing to undergo and pass a background check
