Planned Companies –Site Supervisor – Job Description
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 4pm to 12 am
Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise a staff of employees, while working with management to handle all janitorial duties of a site.
- Will order inventory supplies, uniforms, and work orders for sites.
- Inspect completed work for conformance standards.
- Assist during emergencies on site.
- Dust and polish surfaces thoroughly including windowsills, baseboards, furniture, mirrors, partitions, tiles, and fixtures.
- Thoroughly vacuum, sweep mop and otherwise clean floors, carpets, area rugs, and runners.
- Thoroughly scour, wash, and clean all wash basins, sinks, toilet seats, toilet bowls, and urinals.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Supervise and execute general cleaning of the clubhouse / amenity’s areas.
- Strip, buff and refinish floors.
- Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to staff and maintain inventory.
- Report any unsafe conditions or situations that require more intensive cleaning to your site supervisor or manager.
- All other job duties as requested/required.
Requirements:
- Experience supervising a staff and day to day operations.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Three years of experience in custodial services and/or building maintenance, including lead worker responsibilities
- Multi tasks work and perform well under pressure.
- Eager to learn and take on additional responsibility.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish.
- Reliable, highly organized, attention to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking, and professional.
- Must be able to work in inclement weather.
- May be required to lift to 50 lbs.
