We are currently seeking results oriented individuals who are eager to join a fast growing company that is locally owned and operated. We are in search of highly motivated team members who are comfortable and experienced working in an onsite condominium complex in the heart of Miramar Beach. Ideal qualities for each candidate is hospitality driven, adapts easily on the job and seeks a high level of guest and owner satisfaction.
- Daily cleaning of all common areas, to include lobbies, elevators, walkways, office spaces, break rooms, conference rooms, etc.
- Helps clean and maintain storage areas.
- Daily trash pick up and disposal.
- Walks the property to identify safety issues, items to be repaired and reports back to maintenance manager, etc.
- Physically walk the property on a frequent basis and removes litter and debris, cigarette butts, etc. It is critical the property remains neat and free of trash at all times.
- All other tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
