We are looking to hire an attentive Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team.
In this role, you will oversee and participate in the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of janitorial staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Perform janitorial duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and cleaning windows.
- Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.
- Monitor and adhere to cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned on time and as required.
- Respond to cleaning emergencies and special requests from management or clients.
Qualifications
- English and Spanish bilingual preferred.
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Authorized to work in the US.
