We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Houseman to join our team at B&B Hotel Miami Airport. The ideal candidate will be a versatile individual ready to assist the housekeeping team and help maintain the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support housekeeping staff with room preparation and turnover (stretching rooms).
- Ensure cleanliness and order in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Assist with moving supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials.
- Respond to guest requests and ensure prompt attention to their needs.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude within the team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or housekeeping environment is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and moving items.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
