Job Title: Regional Janitorial Manager

Job Description:
As a Regional Janitorial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the janitorial operations across multiple locations within the designated region. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all facilities maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of janitorial staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout all facilities, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
5. Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
6. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for janitorial staff to enhance their skills and performance.
7. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between regional facilities and the corporate office regarding janitorial operations.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in janitorial management, with demonstrated success in leading and managing teams.
2. Knowledge: Thorough understanding of janitorial best practices, cleaning techniques, and equipment usage.
3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
4. Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
6. Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the region and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
7. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in janitorial management or related field preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
