We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing as necessary.
- Conduct custodial duties such as emptying trash bins, cleaning restrooms, and replenishing supplies.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep of the property.
- Execute industrial cleaning procedures as required for specific areas or equipment.
- Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and waxing is a plus.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or porter services is advantageous.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques can be beneficial for certain projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
