We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling precision electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies in accordance with engineering specifications and company standards. This position involves hands-on assembly work, soldering, wire splicing, and the use of measurement instruments to ensure quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks such as cable making, wire tagging, and assembling rotors in housing with endplay adjustment.
Solder components to terminals.
Conduct splice work on HML wire and assemble brush blocks, slip ring stack-ups, and complete assemblies.
Set up equipment for run-in and cleaning processes.
Use measurement instruments to ensure precision and accuracy during assembly.
Assist in maintaining and controlling all related documents to ensure traceability and compliance.
Follow work instructions, company policies, and safety procedures while adhering to AS9100 and ISO compliance standards.
Proactively recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the assembly process.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a high level of quality control in all assembly tasks.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED
Must have J-Standard soldering certification or willingness to get certified.
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints.
Familiarity with AS9100 requirements and ISO procedures.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with constant changes.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in using measurement instruments for quality checks and adjustments.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
