The ideal candidate for this position would have 1-2 years of professional cleaning experience and have a thorough understanding of what’s expected for, and the difference between, a standard clean, deep clean, and move-in/out clean. Your experience and ability to follow guidelines set by Pure Clean Pro Solutions is critical to your success.
We are willing to consider working with people that are relatively new to cleaning (less than a year but more than 6 months of experience) but will not tolerate poor communication, unreliability, or less than your best effort. Applicants with no professional experience (cleaning your own home is not considered professional experience), will not be considered.
Along with experience, we are looking for self-starter individuals that have a great attitude, good communication skills, can follow instructions, implement feedback, and take pride in the quality of their work!
Acting as a subcontractor, you will be representing our company when meeting with our clients. We expect you to honour your commitments, complete all assigned tasks and cleanings to the best of your abilities, and to treat all clients and their property with the utmost respect.

As a subcontractor, you are required to have your own
- Reliable transportation vehicle to get you and your supplies to and from jobs
- Equipment and cleaning solutions to complete the job
- Smartphone and data plan to utilize our scheduling and operating software on the job
Pay is based on experience and can grow as you work with the company. If you are a holder of general liability insurance (which we prefer - but is not required - and which may be obtained after being contracted) you may be entitled to higher compensation (must provide proof of insurance).
