Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces. Your efforts will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Execute floor care tasks such as buffing and polishing to maintain the appearance of various flooring types.
Conduct custodial duties including waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies as needed.
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep of properties.
Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning operations while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a clean environment.
Experience in residential painting or industrial cleaning is an advantage but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
