We are looking for a driven individual to work 20-30 hours per week as part of our residential cleaning team. No prior cleaning experience is necessary—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What we’re really looking for is someone who’s interested in learning the ins and outs of owning and running their own cleaning business within the next 1-3 years.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to learn directly from someone who has successfully built businesses for over 20 years, growing them to mid-six figures and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential cleaning tasks efficiently and to high standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service.
- Learn the operational aspects of running a small business, from client management to scheduling.
- Assist with day-to-day operations and contribute ideas for improving efficiency.
