Job Overview
We are seeking a FULL TIME and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our WELLNESS FACILITY. The ideal candidate MUST speak and understand English, as they will be interacting with guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Must have reliable transportation and have valid work credentials for payroll.
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday from 8:30AM - 4:30PM / $25 @ 40 hours per week
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of treatment rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with Wellness Facility guidelines.
- Assist in laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to meet daily cleaning goals.
Requirements
- Live in the Miami Beach/ Miami area
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel or yachting environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
