As a Porter, you will play a vital role in creating a pleasant and well-maintained environment for our apartment complex. Your attention to detail and commitment to enhancing the overall curb appeal of our property will contribute to the exceptional living experience we provide.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining the community to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
- Regularly clean parking lots, ensuring they are free from debris and clutter.
- Maintain cleanliness in trash areas both inside and outside the complex.
- Remove trash from apartments as needed, adhering to waste disposal guidelines.
- Keep common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and recreation areas clean and tidy.
- Ensure elevators and stairwells are clean and free from any hazards.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms in common areas regularly.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required to maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- bi-lingual (Preferred)
- Able to work outdoors and lift 10 - 25 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and supplies.
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on the needs of the community.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
