Job Description: This is a working lead position responsible for leading workers in performing janitorial tasks as directed by the project manager. Such tasks are performed in office areas and common areas of buildings associated with an office environment. Tasks include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing. work is performed during the day between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. to be determined by the Project Manager.
Responsibilities and duties of this position include:
Essential functions
Vacuuming carpets and hard floors and sweeping and mopping
Clean and sanitize restrooms
Clean sinks, countertops, toilets, and bathroom stall walls.
Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common area as necessary.
Empty all trashcans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
Collect recyclable materials and take them to appropriate area to be sorted.
Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture.
Clean windows and windowsills.
Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
Maintain and use cleaning equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Always wear proper personal protective equipment.
Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals.
Report any damage to cleaning equipment to the project manager.
Report maintenance needs to project manager
Ensure services defined in the statement of work are performed with high quality results.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have previous knowledge of performance-based cleaning or the willingness to learn
Must pass all background check requirements. Local and Level II.
DMV Check (required to drive on campus) or State ID to enter campus
Applicants must agree and submit to a tuberculin skin test.
