Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and professional cleaners to join our team as independent contractors. This role is ideal for those looking to supplement their current cleaning schedules with flexible, as-needed assignments. As an independent contractor, you will ensure that our clients' Airbnb properties are immaculately clean and guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all areas of short-term rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- On Site Linen Management: Launder and replace linens and towels on site.
- Supply Monitoring: Notify the scheduling team promptly of any supply restocking needs.
- Reporting: Report any damages, maintenance issues, or lost and found items.
- Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with our scheduling team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Professional cleaning experience in short-term rentals or residential properties.
- Equipment: Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Transportation: Reliable method of transportation.
- Insurance: General liability insurance is required.
- Availability: Flexibility to accept assignments on an as-needed basis.
- Professionalism: Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
