Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaning Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all occupants.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
