House Cleaner -commercial cleaner. We are looking for both residential and commercial cleaners.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly

Skills:
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods of time
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

Note: This position may also be referred to as Facilities Maintenance, Porter, Industrial Cleaner, or Buffing Technician.
