Job Description
We are looking for a
Director, Corporate FP&A to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the corporate financial planning and analysis function, including the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario analysis.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with business units to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on financial performance, cost management, and resource allocation.
- Lead the preparation of board presentations, investor relations materials, and other executive-level reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger performance tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 10+ years of FP&A experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in corporate finance, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
