SUMMARY
We are seeking dedicated Dishwashers to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen environment. The dishwashers will be responsible for cleaning dishes to ensure that there is always plenty of clean tableware at hand. When washing, they prioritize different types and sizes of crockery and kitchen utensils. The dishwashers are in charge of loading the dishwasher and placing dishes on drying racks to be put away properly when done using.
HOURS/DAYS
Hours and days fluctuate according to the wants and needs of the members and guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Washes all dishes in dishwashing machine or by hand.
- Washes/scrub pots and pans.
- Collects trash from kitchen areas; empties barrels, wash and re-lines with new bag.
- Sweeps and mops floor
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
- Unloads and cleans dishwashing machine.
- Polish all silverware, platters and chafing dishes.
- Cleans all glassware.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The associate frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and talk or hear. The associate is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and assist in various kitchen duties
