Housekeepers for a UHNW Family Estate
based in Naples, Florida, USA

We are seeking experienced and meticulous Housekeepers, providing exceptional service to a prestigious private residence in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with UHNW families, delivering the highest standards of cleanliness, care, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to maintain immaculate surroundings.
- Maintain luxurious and antique surfaces, including marble, brass, quartz, hardwood, and fine fabrics, using specialized products and techniques to preserve their quality.
- Handle fine fabrics with care, performing tasks such as delicate washing, drying, folding, ironing, and wardrobe organization with precision.
- Execute deep cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are pristine and meticulously maintained.
- Organize spaces effectively, creating a tidy and functional environment.
- Make beds to the highest standards, ensuring linens are crisp and neatly arranged according to our manuals.
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and other supplies as needed.
- Identify and treat stains on various surfaces and fabrics.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by responding to requests and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Work harmoniously with other household staff members, fostering a collaborative environment with respect as the highest value.
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or UHNW family setting.
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons, events, and special occasions as required.
Skills and Attributes:
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to handle physical workload, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
