Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various environments, including industrial, commercial, and residential spaces. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform industrial and commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness in facilities through regular custodial duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Execute floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is an asset.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $13.30 - $15.31 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
