At RAMA Remodeling, we are a rapidly growing small company based in St. Pete, specializing in remodeling and new construction finishing. In 2024 alone, we have completed over 50 bathrooms, more than 30 kitchen installations, and installed over 30,000 square feet of flooring. - Paid Holidays: You will enjoy time off on Christmas, New Year's, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.

What We Need from You
As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project. Here is how:
1. Deliver Quality Work:
You will ensure high-quality carpentry that satisfies clients and supervisors (aiming for 4+ ratings on client surveys).
You will follow project specifications consistently and maintain the integrity of tools and client property.
2. Prioritize Safety:
You will adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with Florida State standards.
You will participate in safety training and request additional training when necessary.
3. Be Reliable and Accountable:
You will take ownership of your work, arriving on time and demonstrating a positive, problem-solving attitude.
4. Supervision of a Team
You will effectively manage and supervise the carpentry team to ensure project success
You will ensure team members adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
5. Solve Problems Proactively:
You will identify and address issues before they escalate.
6. Maintain Tools and Equipment:
You will take care of company-provided tools by changing blades, oiling, cleaning, and storing them properly.
You will report broken tools immediately for repair or replacement.
Skills You Will Bring
- Vinyl Floor Installation: You will handle cutting, fitting, and installing vinyl floors with precision.
- Kitchen Cabinet Installation: You will align, level, and securely attach kitchen cabinets with expertise.
- Door and Molding Installation: You will take accurate measurements, make necessary adjustments, and deliver flawless finishes.
- Remodeling Experience: You will bring experience in remodeling, with a thorough understanding of both structural changes and client preferences.
- Physical Strength: You will be able to lift at least 60 pounds and work in various positions (kneeling, standing, bending), often without air conditioning. We will provide a fan and an insulated water bottle to keep you comfortable.
- Team Management: You will be managing a team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
What You Will Need
- Know how to speak and read English fluently
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to commute to St. Petersburg, FL.
- A cell phone with a camera and GPS (for clocking in and documenting work).
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
