This position is a temporary role for the summer of 2023; however, we are staffing for full-time opportunities for individuals who can meet our expectations. We aim to hire suitable candidates by July 3rd, 2023.
PAY RATE AND WORKING HOURS
- $15.00 AN HOUR
- 40 HOURS A WEEK
- Monday - Friday
- 7:00am until 3:30pm ( 8 HOUR SHIFT )
- 30 MINUTE BREAK !
36T Cleaning Services LLC is looking for DAY LABOR CANDIDATES to assist with Post Construction Cleaning
Previous construction experience is preferred but we will train the right individual to get the job done. Great opportunity for hardworking, dedicated and reliable applicants.
Must have a driver's license and a car (NO EXCEPTIONS). Hard working and dependable PEOPLE should apply.
These duties may include but not limited to: ·
Makes safety the first priority and complies with all directives including OSHA, general contractors, company policies, and other state and local agencies.
- Knowledge of common powered tools.
- Skilled in working with a group of people to accomplish project deadlines and complex environments.
- Ability to demonstrate a focus on safety and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hardhat, and other protective clothing.
- Ability to stand continuously for a 8-hour shift and perform physically demanding activities to must exert in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
SCOPE OF WORK
- The daily scope of work for this role includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
- Removal of trash from designated areas.
- Breaking down and disposing of cardboard and other disposable items.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Cleaning window sills and glass doors to achieve a spotless appearance.
- Thoroughly cleaning countertops to maintain hygiene standards.
- Cleaning the inside and outside of cabinets for a clean and organized look.
- Properly disposing of trash outside the facility.
- Removing plastic wear, such as coverings or protective films.
- Performing thorough disinfection and sanitization of high-touch surfaces throughout the facility.
- Wiping down and cleaning up excess dust from both high and low areas, as applicable.
- Operating heavy floor machinery as needed for specific cleaning tasks.
Work Environment
● Performing work inside the facility, first and second floor.
● Exposed to weather conditions when doing outside cleaning activity
● Working in teams to complete job
Work occurs primarily in an on-site environment and may be indoors or outdoors. May
sometimes involve heights, exposure to hot or cold weather, loud noises, dust and fumes.
Requirements are but not limited to the following:
● Must undergo a background check
● Employees must wear their own comfortable non-slip shoes as this requires a lot of
walking around from several rooms throughout the duration of the project.
● Reliable transportation to and from job location (MANDATORY)
● Wearing PPE AT ALL TIMES
● Complying and adhering to the entire company guidelines

Physical Demands are but not limited to the following:
● Repetitive motion of shoulders, arm, hands, wrists, and fingers.
● Lifting and maneuvering heavy objects up to 50-100lbs.
● Standing for long periods of time without sitting.
● Exposed repetitive walking, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, squatting, climbing, kneeling, reaching over the head and twisting.
