At Asset Environmental Services, we inspect, test, clean and remove a variety of contaminants from homes and commercial spaces. Primarily, we work with mold and drug contamination issues. We are also a general contractor and perform rebuild after removal and demolition. We also provide concierge junk removal and site cleaning services.

Our firm is seeking a Technician to assist with the initial assessments and basic cleanups. This technician is the first person the customer meets. They perform testing, recommend a plan of work, and win the job. They perform initial light demo and cleanup. They also sanitize the space through use of equipment and sometimes manual processes. They clean the job site and ask for reviews from customers, coordinating with the office to bill. They are great with people and are willing to adjust to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Drive safely to appointments.
- Have great scheduling and phone skills.
- Manage testing equipment and basic cleanup equipment.
- Be willing to work on a team with other cleanup experts.
- Occasionally assist as a junior to a senior technician in dangerous or highly sensitive biological or chemical cleanup situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
