**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial work and be able to perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including industrial cleaning and residential painting. If you take pride in your work and are committed to providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this position. **Responsibilities:** - Clean and maintain facilities, including offices, bathrooms, and common areas - Perform industrial cleaning and porter duties as needed - Maintain and repair equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and mops - Use buffing and floor care equipment to keep floors looking their best - Clean and paint walls, windows, and doors - Restock supplies and report any issues or concerns to management - Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals - Follow safety protocols and take necessary precautions to avoid accidents - Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility - Perform other duties as assigned by management **Skills:** - Experience in custodial work - Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance techniques - Ability to lift and move heavy objects - Familiarity with commercial cleaning and industrial cleaning - Experience with residential painting - Ability to use buffing and floor care equipment - Skill in maintaining and repairing equipment - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
