Skills Required
The IT Technical Aid will possess knowledge and experience in customer service, decision making, organizational awareness, problem solving, oral communication, speaking and writing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience Required
- Two (2) years of highly specialized clerical experience involved in an information systems environment including the use or installation of desktop software and/or operating high-speed commercial printers.
- Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years providing IT Help Desk support.
- Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years of Microsoft Windows 10 installation, configuration, support and maintenance experience.
- Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years lifting and imaging personal computers devices for both setup and installation of desktop computers, laptops, and printers.
- Experience in deploying personal computers and laptops.
Education Required
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Information
Canidate must have a valid California Driver's License with no restrictions and have their own vehicle to commute to other work sites. Candidate will be lifting and/or transporting PC devices for installation and disposal.
