Job Summary
Maintain an open line of communication with customers, sales representatives, and Elite Spice employees. Continuously achieve high goals of excellent customer satisfaction. Essential functions include but are not limited as listed below.
Essential Functions
- Screening incoming calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Making reservations for incoming visitors
- Preparing outgoing mail packets as needed
- Filing
- Managing folders and labels for files
- Managing check requests and issuing checks
- Sending accounting documents and account statements to Accounting manager monthly
- Attending all applicable meetings and trainings
- Performing other tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Complying with all of Elite Spice’s policies, procedures, general safety, and food safety guidelines
- Following all Good Manufacturing Practices
- Assisting with general office administrative & customer service-related duties as needed/assigned.
