Residential House Cleaning Specialist
We are looking for a few people who love to clean and want to work in a flexible and team oriented environment. We are looking for mature individuals who are willing to show up on time IN uniform, work with their team in a harmonious fashion, and who are able to take constructive feedback on the job in order to better meet client needs. Our cleaning rate is $16 per hour plus tips. Some of our more experienced people are making $25+ per hour consistently with their tips.
Travel to jobs is on our vehicles so there are no gas and maintenance costs associated with your personal vehicle to go to jobs.
Job duties include
- Dusting
- Bathrooms
- Kitchens
- Vacuuming
- Completing Job Paperwork
- Interacting with Clients on needs and expectations
- Keeping your bag and vacuum in a ready state
Skills
- Ability to following English instructions
- Ability to take accountability for tasks completed
- Positive and optimistic mentality
- Punctual and conscientious about attendance
- Attention to detail
- Team work / Leadership skills
- Must be able to stand and move your entire shift
- Lifting is about 20 pounds
- English speaking
- Licensed Driver
Hours
- Mon-Fri
- 8am-4pm Monday -Friday and every other Sunday
- As many days as fits your needs. We have many people who only work a couple of days a week so that they can balance a job with their home responsibilities.
