We are expanding our team of Kepar Facility Pros and are looking for dedicated Facility Maintenance Technicians to join our janitorial department.

Responsibilities
- Performing industrial cleaning tasks in various areas

Operating buffing equipment to maintain floors
Acting as a porter to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
Conducting routine cleaning to uphold facility standards
Providing floor care services such as mopping and waxing
Executing commercial cleaning duties efficiently
Engaging in facilities maintenance tasks
Undertaking custodial duties as needed

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills
