NOTE: All applicants must live in proximity to the Lady Lake,FL area in order to report to and depart from our office location in Lady Lake, FL at the start of each work shift.
Our Traveling Floor Technician-Florida Region will be effective at stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, sealing, and spot cleaning our customers' floors. In addition, you will be conducting janitorial cleaning and light building maintenance functions. Must be willing to work 4pm to 1:30am on the majority of the work days, with the availability to depart at a start time of 1pm or 2pm on a few days out of the month. Meals and lodging will be provided for on the three-four nights/month where overnight stay is required. Since you will be sharing the driving responsibilities with a team member, you must be available for Monday thru Thursday nights each week to visit our locations.
Travel will include visiting and driving to places like Tampa, Orlando, Miami, and Sarasota to display your floor technician and cleaning skills.
Willing to provide janitorial cleaning, and light building maintenance support (commercial light bulb replacement, painting, installation of ceiling tiles). Ensures use of safety practices with chemicals and equipment. Moves light furniture as requested, removes trash as needed. Cleans and maintains floor equipment. Must have a clean driving record and experience with driving a truck attached to a trailer is highly preferred.
Job includes weekly pay and two weeks of scheduled paid vacation (after passing the 90 day probation period). PTO is provided one week in June and one week in December.
