Assist in the management, daily cleaning, and care of multiple facilities.

This position will travel, possibly on a rotational basis, to all facilities.

The candidate must be able to drive themselves to each location when requested to ensure the facilities are in working order, clean and organized.

Detail-oriented, has knowledge of cleaning and laundry, is able to oversee the local teams, and manage the procurement of household supplies/ordering.

Please note -The person in this role will also work alongside the staff in each home to clean each home.

Responsibilities

All aspects of general housekeeping, deep cleaning, and upkeep of the property
Ability to perform museum-quality cleaning
Oversee and assist local housekeeping teams with execution of duties
Laundry service & managing items sent out for professional care
Procurement and ordering of household supplies and groceries
Ability to set a formal table and assist the Chef with meal service
Management and organization of all closets, pantries, and storage areas
Willingness to run routine errands such as dry cleaners, groceries, etc. when needed
Additional Housekeeper responsibilities and duties as needed and requested by the family

Requirements

Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal in English/Spanish
Excellent references are required from both current and previous employers
Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a formal household
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; willing and able to take direction well
Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Thorough knowledge of deep household cleaning, laundry, and organization
Professional in both mindset and manner; use of utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times
Valid Driver’s License, a confident driver with a clean driving record
Authorized to work in the United States

The anticipated compensation range is

17.00 - 35.00 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
