Qualifications
Must be able to be up and running, ready to operate floor cleaning machines, including walk behind floor scrubbers, hand held floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuum cleaners. Knowledgeable of Buffing, to maintain a wet look high gloss finish on all floors, including restoration of floor finishes as necessary following established processes and procedures.
- You can manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to ensure that all parts of the site as assigned are cleaned and maintained properly to required standards.
- Have previous experience in general cleaning.

- Provide extremely dependable daily attendance (a mandatory requirement in a compliance facility) must follow a 7-day advance notification policy.

Required physical functions of the position:
- This is a highly physical active job. You are energetic, have coordination, strength, endurance, the ability to continually walk for prolonged periods, including repetitive movements, bending, crawling, kneeling, crouching, twisting, standing reaching, and stretching to get into difficult areas like under desks, back of closets, and storage shelves.
- Squeeze panel operation handles, wrist twisting for operating knobs, finger operated button pushing, use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously, to turn directions of equipment, push and pull with both arms, hands, and legs.
- Regularly lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds
- Perform overhead work.
Responsibilities
Perform and maintain meticulous cleanliness of the highest standards, we provide an ongoing pristine environment in all areas daily, including laboratories, warehouses, mezzanines, offices, restrooms, conference rooms, stairwells, entrances, and common areas:
- General Cleaning tasks includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and windows in all areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish products.
- Sanitize high touch areas.
- Replenish supplies in kitchen coffee bars, cafeterias, cups, condiments.
- Warehouse rack and shelving dusting.
- Dust mopping, wet mopping.
- Machine scrubbing, mop all tile floor edges.
- Empty all trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas.
- Continual monitoring of cleanliness, when moving around to different areas, includes cleaning up spills, picking up debris, removing scuff marks from floors.
- When entering high use common areas, restrooms, cafeterias, touch up clean, wipe off wet counters, remove sink debris, empty trash, maintain cleanliness during your shift.
- Keeping trash containers emptied, clean, dusted, sanitized, using proper bag tying and applications of color codes and strengths.
