Barista/Cashier for Boutique & Coffee Shop!
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area and boutique
- Stock and replenish coffee supplies and ingredients
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating orders
- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Manager Position: Must be available Tuesday-Saturday 6:30am-3pm
Other FT/PT Positions: Hiring Monday-Saturday (day hours)
