Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including residential common areas, cleaning after apartment turnover / pre-move in cleanings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Execute custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure a clean environment.
- Clean appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and office spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleaning schedules and standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a clean work environment.
