Position Overview:
We are seeking independent contractors who are interested in joining our team for future cleaning contracts. These positions will be on an as-needed basis, depending on upcoming client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for contractors looking for flexibility, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform various commercial cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
Handle specialized cleaning tasks for medical facilities, including the use of proper disinfectants and adherence to safety protocols.
Ensure cleaning assignments are completed according to company standards and client expectations.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete scheduled cleaning services.
Use green cleaning methods when requested by clients.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the client or supervisor.
Requirements:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning (office buildings, medical facilities, schools, etc.) is required.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Flexible availability to be called for assignments with short notice.
Access to reliable transportation to travel to various client sites across South Florida.
Must have or be willing to obtain necessary equipment and cleaning supplies.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols, especially in medical environments.
Willingness to undergo background checks if required by certain clients.
Professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.
Liability insurance (required).
Preferred but Not Required:
Experience with green cleaning products and techniques.
OSHA or specialized medical cleaning certifications (if applicable to medical facility work).
Compensation:
Dependent on the job but will range from $12-$15 per hour.
Performance bonuses may be available for exceptional service.
