We are seeking a part-time Cleaning Staff Member for Co-cleaning residential and commercial properties, We are looking to train for crew leader.
Previous Cleaning Experience Required

Starting Pay $10-15hr DEPENDING ON SKILLS AND ABILITY
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Works hard to make sure homes are neat and clean according to company standards
2. Performs various cleaning maintenance activities to include sweeping and mopping all tile surfaces, polishing as necessary all floor space, and vacuuming carpeted areas.
3. Follows all written and verbal instructions.
4. Ensures all cleaning supplies are put away when day is done.
5. Cleans restrooms to include disinfecting toilets, sinks, and floors, and restocks restroom supplies as needed.
6. Removes trash and disposes of in designated areas.
7. Maintains all equipment to include: vacuum cleaners, trash cans, mop buckets, and cleaning supplies.
8. Ensures security of building during and after completed jobs
9. Reports the need for any major or minor repairs to management.

Language Ability, English:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other coworkers

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education/Experience:
Previous Cleaning Experience NOT Required

Valid driver's license
