Responsibilities include:
o Cleaning and sanitizing shared equipment and various high touch areas
o General janitorial duties include vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, trash pickup, etc.
o Report any issues with property or tenants to supervisor
o Keeping equipment and supplies in good working condition
Requirements:
o Commercial/residential cleaning experience with verifiable references
o Ability to work with minimal supervision
o Professional Appearance
o Valid Driver’s License
Employment is contingent on passing a Pre-employment Drug test and Criminal Background Check.
