The Office Cleaning Attendant position will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office spaces, as well as handling miscellaneous office tasks to support smooth daily operations. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Ensure all office areas are tidy and presentable.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.

Office Support

Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including arranging furniture and ensuring equipment is functional.
Distribute and organize office supplies as needed.
Assist with the setup and cleanup of company events or meetings.

Miscellaneous Tasks

Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting any repair needs.
Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is preferred.
Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The compensation will vary based on experience ranging between $20-$25 per hour.
