Job Summary: Helps to create and maintain a welcoming environment for Wickshire residents and guests by ensuring that apartments and common areas are clean, safe, well-maintained and attractive.
Essential Functions:
1. Interacts and engages with residents while in their apartments and throughout the community.
2. Cleans apartments and all common areas according to schedule or as directed.
3. Does community laundry (where applicable).
4. Removes and disposes of resident and community trash.
5. Replenishes supplies in apartments, work spaces, and common areas as needed.
6. Notifies appropriate management of any hazardous issues, change in resident status, and other situations that would warrant attention.
7. Completes all mandatory compliance, HIPAA and state and federal regulatory training as required.
8. Maintains appropriate degree of confidentiality.
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
