We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain our office in Orlando. This position is scheduled for one night per week and involves a range of cleaning tasks for office areas, restrooms, and windows. Responsibilities:
Office Areas:
- Dust desks, chairs, tables, frames, and other furniture.
- Clean computers, keyboards, copiers, fax machines, and other office equipment.
- Disinfect and clean telephones.
- Empty all trash containers and replace liners (liners provided by USDA).
- Sweep and mop tiled areas.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas.
- Dust/clean ventilation grilles and baseboards.
- Remove cobwebs from walls and ceilings.
- Clean all doors and light switches.
Restrooms:
- Disinfect and clean sinks, toilets, and fixtures with disinfectant.
- Clean wall areas around sinks and toilet dispensers.
- Clean all glass and mirrors.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Clean doors and light switches.
- Sweep and mop floors.
Windows and Glass Doors:
- Wash inside and outside as needed.
- Remove cobwebs, dust, and insects from sills.
- Dust blinds.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in office cleaning is required.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Availability to work during night hours.
Schedule: Once per week, night shift
