The successful sales representative will engage every prospective client with helpful, truthful, and persuasive information toward bringing qualified prospects into a long-term relationship with Maid Brigade.
He or she will follow company procedures with persistence and passion and will chronicle communications accurately so that the cleaning team can fully meet the clients’ informed expectations.
Maid Brigade generates “sales leads” from multiple efforts and varied channels. Efforts include advertising and marketing as well as invitations for referrals.
Leads arrive either by incoming call, returned call, web-generated form submissions, e-mail, Live Chat, Text, or other avenues of introduction including the occasional walk-in.
Our sales representatives are usually the first “live” encounter that our prospects have with us. As such they are expected to make a highly favorable impression conveying traits such as helpfulness, courtesy, professionalism, enthusiasm, and competence.
Among the first tasks our Representatives perform is to ascertain if the prospect is in our service area. If not, we help convey them elsewhere. If so, we proceed with our internal protocol.
We also ask how the prospect heard about us or came to inquire about us that day.
We have scripted our presentation, but our most successful sales representatives are able to make the flow more conversational once they thoroughly know the components of the presentation.
About us and our sales teams:
Our Sales Representatives are responsible for nurturing every lead, closing their fair share, and then following up with new clients immediately after their first use of our service to establish the next visit, hopefully for every week or every other week thereafter. Reps are responsible for setting appropriate pricing and informing client expectations.
40 Hrs/Week, including rotating Saturdays.
